Earth Week 2013
April 15-22


Monday, April 15
Green craft workshops at Karla's Place in downtown Holland, 2 pm and 6 pm

Tuesday, April 16
Vegetarian lunch in Cook and Phelps Dining Halls
Screening of the documentary film Chasing Ice, 7 pm in Science Center 1000

Wednesday, April 17
Speaker: Peter Illyn, 4 pm in Fried-Hemenway Auditorium, MMC
Green Coffeehouse, 8-10 pm in the Kletz. Students can bring their own mug to receive free Cool Beans Coffee!

Thursday, April 18
Speaker: Rafael Manzanero from Belize Friends of Conservation and Development, 4 pm in Fried-Hemenway Auditorium, MMC
Screening of the documentary film Gasland, 7 pm in Fried-Hemenway, MMC

Friday, April 19
Earth Jam concert in the Pine Grove (rain location: Kletz), 3 pm. Students will receive free food and t-shirts on a first-come, first-served basis.

Monday, April 22
Sea to Sea "Anchor Ride," 6 pm at the Anchor. Come learn about the cycle of poverty and take a bike ride!

ALL WEEK:
$1 off drinks at Lemonjello's if you bring you own travel mug!
